What Business Plan do you have for this Year?
What Business Plan do you have for this Year? If you are serious in promoting your business
you have to have a plan for it, like,
Continue what you were doing in the last year.
Be some what different than that you were previously.
Start a new venture.
Introduce new products and services.
Have your own website for your business.
Explore the possibilities of widening your market to new areas.
and ....
Whatever your business promotion plans you have,
- Write it down in a note book.
- Split it into smaller parts.
- Fix a time period for each part.
- Try to implement each part in that period.
- Make follow up.
- Discover the problems arise during the implementation.
- Think of solutions that will remove the problems.
- Add them into the next part to be implemented.
Continue these steps until 31st December 2006!
If you want more supportive ideas for your plans,
Discuss them with proper people.
